Mattel Yunnan Co., Ltd is the fifth Plant invested by Mattel Group in China, located in the Hometown of Yanshan county, Wenshan prefecture, Yunnan Province, permanent plant building was put into service in 2012,the plant located in Bubiao industrial zone of Yanshan,1st phase of the plant covers 16000 square meters , the company currently has one Sewing workshop and one Die Cutting workshop, at this stage, we are mainly focused on the production of costumes for world famous fashion doll Barbie and other Mattel Brand fashion dolls. 

Job Description

1. Human resources recruitment planning, implementation and effect evaluation;

2. Supervise the implementation of human resources management systems;

3. Office management and personnel work arrangements, and work evaluation and assessment of office personnel;

4. Issuance of information from the Human Resources Department;

5. Responsible for corporate security management and ensure the normal operation of the company.

Qualifications

1. College degree or above;

2. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

3. Major in human resources management or administrative management;

4. More than three years of experience in human resources management and security management in foreign companies;

5. Familiar with national laws, regulations and policies;

6. Good planning, organization, command, communication, coordination, control and adaptability capabilities

7. Good official document writing skills and good teamwork spirit;

8. Good professional ethics and strong sense of work responsibility, good communication and adaptability
