Job Description
You'll help us maintain an efficient payroll process that complies with all company and government regulations. You will be reporting to a Payroll Manager under HR Global Operations, Philippines HR Payroll function.
As a HR Specialty Servicing Professional within the Payroll team, you will be responsible for processing the company payroll by ensuring that all payments and deductions are accurate and on time.
Job responsibilities:
- Handle timekeeping data and analytics.
- Assist the payroll team in delivering payroll reports within the prescribed service levels.
- Handle final pay and retirement releasing operations.
- Manage third party vendors in the delivery of monthly retirement funding.
- Responsible for the monthly, quarterly & annual BIR and DOLE regulatory reporting requirements.
- Responsible for overseeing the tax update, manual payroll inputs and final pay processing of employees every payout
- Review and reconcile post-payroll reports
- Handle case management and employee inquiries/concerns
- Initiate process enhancements, transformation, and digitization
- Perform duties that are required from time to time

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Must be a Bachelor's/College Degree graduate in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or its equivalent
- Minimum 4 years' experience in end-to-end PH Payroll Administration from a similar fast-paced industry (Shared Service/ BPO/ International Company) required
- Extensive experience in statutory regulatory reporting requirements
- Ability to deal with employees from varying organizational levels
- With strong leadership skills
- With effective multitasking ability, project management and stress management skills
- Has strong interpersonal, written & communication skills
- Advanced critical thinking, problem solving skills and meticulous attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Proactive, resourceful, analytical and willing to invest long working hours in a fast-paced environment
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Understanding and knowledge of Finance and Taxation Processing an advantage
