WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Senior Middleware Software Engineer your mission will be support and manage the Tibco suite.

We need somebody like you to help us in diverse fronts:

• Technical infrastructure and architectural issues on TIBCO environments for SCIB, both in non-productive and productive environments.
• Creation and administration of TIBCO environments for SCIB, both non-productive and productive environments.
• Installation and configuration of TIBCO suite products, both in non-productive and productive environments. In addition, to perform the required performance for each of them.
• Make continuous delivery deployments for SCIB teams containing TIBCO suite products in the deployment.
• Issue GSI CIO Domain vulnerabilities and TIBCO vulnerabilities in all SCIB assets. Also issues GSI asset obsolescence
• Support and maintenance of environments. (housekeeping, patched machines, OS upgrades, database patching, etc.)
• Task automation for administration and creation of TIBCO suite environments and products.
• Creation, administration and maintenance of observability of TIBCO suite environments and products.

• Required qualifications

• +7 years’ experience on Tibco Administrator
• +7 years’ experience on Tibco EMS Server
• +5 years’ experience on Tibco iProcess
• +5 years’ experience on Tibco RendezVous
• Networking (Medium)
• Tibco EMS (High)
• Linux (Medium)
• GEMS (Medium)
• XSLT(Basic)
• XML(Basic)
• JMS(High)
• MQ (High)
• Agile Methodology: Kanban, Scrum, Jira, Confluence.
• Santander Methodology (change management, devops, snow,…).

Soft Skills:

• High level of proactivity and anticipation.
• Orientation to results.
• Used to work under pressure.
• High analytical capacity.

Languages:

• Fluent English, used to interact with other geographies,
