Fabletics is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager, Scrubs.

How Do You Fit In?

As the Influencer Marketing Manager you will work with the Director, Influencer to support the influencer program for Fabletics Scrubs. As a part of the team, you will help ensure that all influencer partnerships are executed smoothly and efficiently while optimizing campaigns to ensure these partnerships drive results. In addition, this role will work cross functionally with social, marketing & creative teams, and brand partnerships teams to create synergistic campaigns that align with brand goals. The right candidate will be hyper-organized, detail oriented, data driven, a relationship builder and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time.

This position will report to the Director, Influencer.

What you will do:

  • Identify and build win-win, strategic relationships with social influencers; both paid and earned activity
  • Manage revenue generating, customer acquisition-oriented influencer partnerships
  • Develop and implement creative strategies and tactics to get content produced that drives traffic and results
  • Manage the day to day execution of influencer marketing campaigns including: email communication, setting up partners, creating campaign materials, reviewing content & analyzing performance
  • Actively source and evaluate potential partners based on a number of factors including but not limited to engagement & expected clicks and sales performance
  • Work with internal legal department and influencers to negotiate and finalize contracts prioritizing brand and program needs
  • Ensure all campaigns are executed as seamlessly as possible to ensure best in class partnerships experience for managers and influencers alike
  • Optimize existing partner performance while also expanding into new influencer verticals & channels
  • Work cross functionally with the organic social, paid social & lifecycle marketing teams to leverage and amplify influencer content
  • Report on influencer performance communicating the ROI of influencer campaigns including metrics like CTR, CVR & CAC
  • Keep a pulse on the industry's innovations and best in class examples to further optimize and evolve our program
  • Effectively manage 1-2 junior team members and foster a healthy team environment

What you can bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Business or Marketing/Communications preferred
  • 3-4 years related functional or technical experience in influencer campaign management with a balance of performance, creative, strategic and executional strengths.
  • Experience in managing one or more direct report(s)
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends (Facebook, YouTube, SnapChat, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch etc.)
  • Comfortable leading the process of creative ideation and execution of campaigns
  • Ability to review campaigns and provide analytical recommendations
  • Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that result in authentic campaigns
  • Responsible for individual goals and accountable for people or project team's results.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with all level team members
  • Strong skills with Microsoft office tools

The annual base salary range for this position is from $75,000-$95,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
