Infrastructure Support Lead Engineer

*Please note this position is based on-site in our West Chester, OH office

Job Description

This role will be the top escalation point for customer issues. This position will be supporting our implementation engineers in the field pre and post go-live. The successful candidate will work on various issues surrounding networking, systems, and more. Applicants must be personable, as this is a customer facing position.

Key Responsibilities

• SME and top escalation point for client/customer issues through phone, chat, and email
• Hands on with networks, printers, scanners, IOT devices, and phone systems
• Troubleshooting various networking issues
• Run diagnostics to resolve employee reported issues
• Work with routers, switches, racking, and cabling

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure
• Experience in troubleshooting network related issues
• Experience with network equipment such as routers, switches, access points
• Proficient in troubleshooting technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Detail oriented in order to keep detailed notes on tickets

Preferred Skills

• CCNA/CCNP is desirable but not necessary
