Position Overview


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Representative at Nutshell, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and effectively conveying the value of Nutshell solutions.



Responsibilities


Prospecting and Lead Generation:

-Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach and research.

-UItilize various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in Nutshell.


Sales Presentations:

-Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Nutshell.

-Effectively communicate how our solutions can address the specific needs of potential customers.


Pipeline Management:

-Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Nutshell and other relevant tools.

-Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring efficient tracking of leads and opportunities.


Collaboration:

-Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

-Provide valuable insights and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.



Qualifications

-Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.Β
