About the Role
We’re looking for a Campaign Specialist to join our global Paid Media & Campaigns team. This team drives critical business outcomes including net new leads marketing qualified leads and pipeline generation in collaboration with our Demand Generation team. In this role you will:

Plan execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across paid media email and other digital channels to drive measurable business outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Demand Generation Content SEO Product Marketing etc.) to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and messaging.

Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize for conversions and lead quality.

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for campaign execution.

Maintain strong organizational systems to track campaign assets timelines and performance metrics.

Contribute to brainstorming and strategy sessions to continuously innovate our marketing approach.

Manage a webinar program by planning executing and optimizing webinars to support lead generation and qualification.

Support partner marketing and channel campaigns in collaboration with the Channel team to drive partner engagement and co-marketing initiatives.
You Have:
-
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing campaign management or a related role.
-
General knowledge of marketing funnels demand generation and digital marketing channels such as paid search display social media and email marketing.

Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust campaigns accordingly.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams.

Experience with marketing tools (e.g. Jira Project Management WordPress Salesforce or similar platforms) is a plus.

Prior experience working in a SaaS or B2B environment is an advantage.
Bonus Points for:

Hands-on experience with Jira Project Management

Experience marketing to an IT audience

Experience with partner marketing or working closely with Channel teams to support co-marketing and channel campaigns is a strong plus.

This role is remote in the country of India. You must be located in and authorized to work in India to be considered for this role.
