Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic IT Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients' computer systems and networks, both remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be reliable, have a good attitude, and excellent work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Bachelors in computer science or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients' computer systems and networks, both remotely and on-site
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Ensure that all systems and software are up-to-date and secure.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to resolve complex technical issues.
• Travel to client offices in different states as needed.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
