IT Operations Associate

Under the stewardship of a distinguished CISO recognized by the Forbes Technology Council and among the Global Top 100 CISOs, our team has consistently championed industry standards, acquiring certifications like ISO27001, ISO27701, ISO22301, PCI:DSS 3.2.1 (Level 1), NIST Tier 4, and SOC 2 Type II, in addition to the MPI License from Singapore MAS. Our Chief Information Security Officer reports directly to the CEO, underscoring the prioritization of security in our organization's hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the functional teams in the IT Operations division and collaborate with team leaders to ensure seamless and efficient IT operations that support all business units
• Participate in planning related to vendor management and resource allocation within the IT Operations division under the supervision of division leaders
• Contribute towards aligning team goals with corporate business objectives as per directions from management
• Participate in global distribution of IT Operations function, and work with team leaders across regions to support standardization of IT operations and service delivery globally
• Assist in tracking and reporting the status of inventory count and projects related to IT Operations, under the guidance of senior personnel
• Act as a point of contact for escalating issues related to IT Operations impacting different business units
• May occasionally be required to provide outside office hours support on critical IT Operations issues, under guidance from senior personnel

Requirements

• Experience with system installation, configuration and analysis is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Outstanding communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Fresh graduate with some work experience is welcome
