- Minimum 1-2 years of IT recruitment experience, with a focus on high-quality candidate selection.
- Proven track record of independently leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong English language skills (B2 level minimum).
- Proficient in using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
- Successful experience in engaging and attracting passive candidates.
- Ambitious, with a passion for further development in recruitment and a desire to become a specialist in the field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and compelling approach.
- Creative, fearless problem-solver who thrives in challenging situations.
- High-energy, likeable, and adaptable personality, even in remote setups.
- Demonstrating impeccable manners and professionalism.
- Fast learner who takes accountability for their actions and seeks improvement.

- Appsilon is remote-only
- 6 -7.8K PLN + VAT on B2B/monthly / full time
- 26 days of paid holidays + an equivalent of public holidays in Poland, est. 11 days in 2023
- 33 paid sick leave days / year (paid 80%)

- You will be responsible for 2 end-to-end recruitment projects
- You will successfully close your first recruitment at Appsilon
- You will be responsible for 3 end-to-end recruitment projects
- You will be the backup for the person responsible for onboarding
- You will be familiar with internal processes and be able to improve and optimise them
