Appsilon is constantly growing - we have more and more clients and thanks to that also new projects. In order to be able to carry them out we need talented developers. We need you to find these people and, consequently, meet the expectations of our customers and continue to grow as a company. We’re currently building a People Team and it would be amazing if you could help us in creating it.
If you have already had experience in a similar position, you want to continue developing in a technology company, you are an energetic, accurate and fast person and you communicate fluently in English - this is the right place for you!

What we expect from you:
- Minimum 1-2 years of IT recruitment experience, with a focus on high-quality candidate selection.
- Proven track record of independently leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong English language skills (B2 level minimum).
- Proficient in using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
- Successful experience in engaging and attracting passive candidates.
- Ambitious, with a passion for further development in recruitment and a desire to become a specialist in the field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and compelling approach.
- Creative, fearless problem-solver who thrives in challenging situations.
- High-energy, likeable, and adaptable personality, even in remote setups.
- Demonstrating impeccable manners and professionalism.
- Fast learner who takes accountability for their actions and seeks improvement.
- Honest and trustworthy, fostering a culture of openness and reliability.
- CET timezone.
- Have a valid passport or ID card.

Within 3 Months, You’ll…
- You will be responsible for 2 end-to-end recruitment projects
- You will successfully close your first recruitment at Appsilon
Within 6 Months, You’ll…
- You will be responsible for 3 end-to-end recruitment projects
- You will be the backup for the person responsible for onboarding
- You will be familiar with internal processes and be able to improve and optimise them
