Job Summary

The IT Systems Support Analyst is crucial for maintaining optimal operation of Company Offices and Call Centers, managing IT infrastructure, and spearheading advanced data analysis initiatives. This role demands experience using Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory for data processing and analytics, as well as proficiency in Python scripting and data manipulation using Pandas. The specialist will work closely with CIT Solutions and Systems Administrators to tailor IT and data solutions to the company's needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement and manage data processes using Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory, focusing on data warehousing, ETL processes, and data pipeline optimization for enhanced business insights.
• Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines, ensuring seamless data integration and processing using Azure services.
• Support the corporate trainer in educating employees on IT systems, data security, and analytics tools, with a focus on Python and Pandas for data analysis.
• Maintain IT and data analysis documentation, including operating procedures and training materials, with an emphasis on Azure Synapse Analytics and Data Factory usage.
• Automate and manage VoIP and data analytics reports, leveraging APIs and Azure analytics tools, to streamline data reporting and insights.
• Drive process improvements by automating manual tasks, optimizing data delivery, and redesigning infrastructure for scalability, particularly through Azure solutions.
• Continually improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality by monitoring and optimizing data pipelines and analytics processes.
• Log, track, and disseminate testing and analysis results, promoting a data-driven culture within the organization.
• Conduct quarterly reviews to ensure the efficacy of department-specific scripts and data processes, updating as necessary for optimal performance.
• Train backup support staff in IT and data analysis tasks to ensure continuity and coverage.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Advanced knowledge in Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and data analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python, with significant experience using Pandas for data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data infrastructure and analysis.
• Experience with implementing and managing data pipelines in Azure and conducting data analysis using Python.
• Bilingual capabilities in English/Vietnamese, Spanish, or Arabic are a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid background in Technology/Computer Sciences, with a specialization in data analysis and cloud computing.
• Direct experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory.
• Proficient in Python scripting and data analysis using Pandas.
• Experience in troubleshooting IT and data-centric issues.
• High School Diploma required; a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
