Job Title: JrNet Developer

Role: Individual Contributor

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related major is required.

Essential Functions:

• Assist in maintenances and upgrades of existing software applications.
• Write unit test and code documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements.
• Provide support in all phases of SDLC and ensure to deliver high-quality products.
• Provide trainings and mentor other Engineers when required.
• Develop most effective technical solutions to meet business requirements.
• Work with other as part of Scrum Team, planning, prioritizing, and executing assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Responsibility of code quality of the software.
• Assist in R&D activities, risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Recommend new technologies to ensure quality and productivity.

Required Experience:

• 3+ or more experience as a .Net Developer
• SQL
• C#
• Angular

Desired Experience:

• PowerShell
• SSIS / SSRS
• .NET Core / containers / Kubernetes
• Cloud
• Open source: Elastic Search, RabbitMQ, Redis.io, Kafka, etc.
• Working in Scrum Agile team
• Product oriented
• Healthcare
• Medicare/Medicaid/CMS

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $65K-$90K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
