Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, passionate, and dedicated Junior Account Manager who will act as a main point of contact for their clients. Our future Junior Account Manager will have a passion for helping others and drive for providing exceptional customer service.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Acting as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client needs and concerns.
- Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
- Staying on top of accounts, making sure that they are receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs.
- Collaborating with sales and other internal teams to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Work closely with the product team to ensure that the product updates meet the client expectations.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
- Acting as a clientâs representative with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
Qualifications
Requirements and skills
- Languagesâ requirements: Spanish (proficient level), English (intermediate level), Greek (native speaker will be considered as a plus)
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.Â
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyse large amounts of data.
- Organisational skills and good attention to details.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Sports betting experience will be considered an extra advantage.
