Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Immigration Consultant to join our team in the Dubai office. This is a permanent and full-time position which offers a fantastic opportunity to join a unique global leader and be part of an on-going success story.

About the role:

The Junior Consultant will support the team in an administrative capacity and will also be exposed to a full range of global corporate immigration work.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and amending support letters for multitude of visa applications

  • Completing and amending on-line application forms

  • Assisting with new client engagements by drafting engagement letters

  • Setting up and updating case files on internal case management system

  • Scheduling visa appointments including arranging and tracking payment of application fees and liaising with third party agents via telephone and email, as required

  • Drafting cover letters and memos for client direct use as per strict deadlines

  • Data management using Excel as required by the team (tracking payments, updating spreadsheet, etc.)

  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative functions, as needed

  • Communicating with colleagues at all levels as required by business needs

  • Able to effectively express oneself verbally in an articulate and polished manner

  • Takes on additional projects as required by business needs

  • Follows firm procedures with respect to file maintenance, record keeping and use of case management system

  • Updates case management system in real time

  • Archives paper files consistently and regularly

About you:

Ideally you will have previous experience in an administrative or client-facing role. Oral and written fluency in English is required. Good/advanced Arabic skills would be beneficial.

Also required:

  • Accurate work style; detail oriented

  • Administrative and data entry skills

  • Develops strong working relationships with team members and gains their confidence through displaying professionalism and efficiency in all communications

  • Able to plan workload often with conflicting deadlines, able to meet deadlines and priorities for own work, considering delivery expectations and agreed client service standards

  • Proven ability to generate clear, well-organized written work and able to effectively express oneself verbally in an articulate and polished manner

  • Strong communication skills

  • Completes tasks within agreed timeframes and in line with expectations

  • Demonstrates proficiency in word processing, Internet, and email systems

  • Good customer service skills
