ABOUT THE JOB

Gunzilla Games is looking for a Junior Metacore Programmer, who will design and develop metagame core systems for our game OTG (Off The Grid), an all-new AAA Battle Royale 2.0 third-person shooter, available as Early Access on PlayStation®5, Xbox® Series X|S and PC now.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop meta core systems to support metagame features (such as web socket integrations, party network, etc)

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 6 months of professional experience & C++ knowledge or advanced knowledge of any C-family programming language;
• Familiarity with Design patterns (Observer especially), Data-Oriented design, and SOLID/GRASP principles
• Experience in debugging and solving non-obvious problems

PLUSES 

• Experience with any big game engine (unity/unreal engine/godot/etc.)
• Experience in post-mortem dump debugging
• Multithreading and/or networking coding experience
