This is a #remote opportunity, and the incoming candidate may work from their home office anywhere in the US.
What You'll Do:
The core focus of this Lead Advertising Operations Specialist role is to ensure that post-sale, our client's digital marketing/advertising objectives are understood, documented, and translated into correct advertising strategies and properly communicated through all required systems and teams. This client-facing role is key to a successful transition from sales to our relationship management teams. Additionally, this role will provide similar services for existing clients enrolling in new products, changing products, and even product cancellations
Here's more of what you can expect when you step up to the plate:
- Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of all Digital Marketing fulfillment requests. These requests include both client-facing and internal requests. Examples of requests include: conducting client calls, collecting assets, 3rd party inventory validation, proper client brand messaging included in campaigns, etc.
- Serve as a new client's key point of contact, guiding them through the Digital Marketing onboarding experience. Interview new clients to gain knowledge of their goals and desired outcomes of their investments.
- Devise a strategy to achieve these outcomes, including the level of investment required by the dealer. Ensure strategies adhere to OEM guidelines and Cox Automotive best practices. Review this strategy with the client for approval.
- Implement strategies into the Digital Marketing system and communicate the strategy and readiness with downstream teams for final ownership. Maintain ownership until acceptance by downstream teams.
- Provide similar services for existing clients requiring product changes, escalations, etc. as needed.
- Partner with client-facing teams to review pertinent information to kick off a customer engagement, whether it be for new or existing clients.
- Process cancellation requests initiated by the client or downstream teams; ensuring all Dealer Marketing systems and processes are completed successfully.
- Conduct QA reviews of all work (new launches, product changes, cancellations, etc.) to ensure proper handling of the request.QA may include the review of the work of peers to ensure a high level of accuracy. Examples of QA activities include 3rd party reporting verification, auditing of targeting, delivery reports, etc.
- Maintain an intermediate level of knowledge on Digital Marketing solutions, best practices as well as overall industry updates and trends.This will include knowledge of the Dealer Marketing Website and Managed Services portfolio, as well as others.
- Assist with other Digital Marketing teams (Ad Support, Ad Product, Ad Strategy, etc.) to investigate and support internal or external escalations related to creative, performance, reporting, billing, or other advertising-related issues.
- Assist with other Digital Marketing teams regarding the development of new or enhanced products and capabilities. This spans actual products as well as internal solutions to support these products.
- Assist in writing job aides and process documentation related to the role to ensure they are up to date. For example, Order Entry Guidelines.
- Assist in authoring and maintaining any materials required to define or educate other Dealer Marketing teams on our processes and best practices related to the role.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- The hourly pay rate is $22.98 - $34.42/hour . The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. This position may be eligible for additional compensation, including commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
- Employees receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.

Who you are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED and 7 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 5 years' experience; or 9 years' experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in a related discipline strongly desired (e.g., finance, business, etc.)
- Experience in the automotive industry, especially automotive dealerships, desired
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, relationship-building, collaboration, and sales skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization
- Ability to use and interpret research and data to help customers find opportunities for improvement
- Excellent database management and customer service skills, strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined with an energetic, engaging personality
