We are actively seeking a distinguished Lead Java Developer with extensive expertise in front-end technologies and cloud solutions, particularly AWS, to enhance our development team. You will play a vital role in overseeing the entire development lifecycle from initial concept to final deployment, ensuring our solutions are both cutting-edge and sustainable.

Responsibilities
- Architect and execute comprehensive full-stack solutions utilizing Java, ReactJS, and AWS, with a focus on performance, quality, and security
- Develop clean, sustainable code, oversee code reviews, and conduct extensive testing to guarantee system reliability
- Participate in the creation of scalable and robust system architectures, actively engaging in technical discussions and strategic decision-making
- Oversee the deployment of AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring adherence to best practices for reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
- Work intimately with product managers, designers, and engineers to comprehend requirements, devise technical solutions, and ensure alignment with project goals
- Advance development processes through the implementation of automation and the refinement of the technology stack and tools
- Diagnose, debug, and refine applications to effectively address production issues and reduce system downtime
- Produce and upkeep comprehensive technical documentation for system designs, code implementations, and troubleshooting procedures
- Guide and develop a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and steering the technical direction of projects

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Java Developer
- At least one year of experience in leadership and team management
- Demonstrated expertise in developing high-performance applications
- Direct experience with AWS, including familiarity with services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation
- Advanced front-end development capabilities, particularly in JavaScript and ReactJS
- Competence in system architecture and design, with the ability to develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing performance for both server-side and client-side applications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) methodologies
- Skilled in RESTful API development and integration
- Comprehensive understanding of testing methodologies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
- Outstanding communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent in English, with a proficiency level of B2 or higher
- Experience in microservices architecture
- Familiarity with other cloud service providers such as Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure
