Lead MuleSoft Developer (Salesforce)

We are looking for an experienced Lead MuleSoft Developer with a focus on Salesforce to join our telecommunications project team.
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in data integration, as well as enhancing the performance and scalability of the MuleSoft platform.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a team of 6-10 members and coordinate with third-party vendors to develop solutions on the Salesforce/MuleSoft platform
• Engage actively in regular meetings with client managers and the development team to discuss project requirements and progress
• Utilize strong communication skills to convey ideas and promote collaborative efforts toward shared objectives
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
• Perform technical research, analyze results, and offer optimized solutions
• Build new functions and improvements from the ground up based on input from analysts and product owners
• Provide continuous support, implement enhancements, and carry out optimization and refactoring of existing features during the maintenance phase

Requirements

• Proficiency in MuleSoft platform with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven capability to lead and mentor a team of engineers
• Background in managing large volumes of data and implementing intricate business logic
• Knowledge of integration with third-party systems, troubleshooting, and debugging complex problems
• Demonstrated communication skills for effective interaction within a medium-sized team
• Flexibility to work within tight deadlines and manage routine tasks with persistence and diligence
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
