The Team
As a Lead Product Designer, you'll join our lean, but world class design team. You'll be responsible for carrying out an end-to-end product design process that allows us to bring new product lines, features, and experiences to life for our community of creators, collectors, and curators. You’ll work alongside a team of creatives that are collectively working to define Foundation as the premier destination for creators in web3.
The Role
- Lead the conception and design of product features end to end, including creating, collaborating, and iterating on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to receive and incorporate feedback on designs, and collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure all designs meet requirements and are released as intended
- Focus the team on impactful product features by sharing a vision for the future of our product
- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
- Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities, including scouting out, exploring and visualizing new product opportunities for Foundation
Who You Are
- A Product Designer with 5+ years of experience designing world class, consumer products
- Proficient in front-end development with a strong background in collaborating closely with engineers building throughout the tech stack
- Skilled in using prototyping techniques to communicate your designs, especially in situations where interactions may require careful attention
- Capable of creating and maintaining design systems from the ground up
- Experienced in leading significant projects and implementing iterative releases
- Excels with ambiguous challenges and transforming them into clear objectives
- Committed to delivering high-quality, meticulously crafted visual design
- You can pivot and adapt quickly. Web3 is an exciting and rapidly evolving space. What you worked on last quarter may not be what you work on the next - but you love that.
- Bonus: Experience at a high-growth web3 company
Targeted Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $190,000
