Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with expertise in cloud native full stack development (Angular 15+, ASP.Net, Web API, SQL Server) to join our dynamic team. You will be part of the team in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance software for contractors of construction Industry. You will collaborate with full stack teams to gather requirements, deliver technical solutions, work with an innovative mindset and ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role requires deep technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and product teams to gather requirements and business needs.

• Make technical decisions to meet the design goals laid out in product road map and by management

• Identify issues that require more attention and work to resolve issues based on an understanding of the business problem being solved

• Manage and coach junior team members

• Complete projects/tasks on a timely basis, according to commitments made to stakeholders and management

• Report project/task status to the management

• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development, weith Strong working experience of C#, ASP.Net, MVC & Angular 15 or above (Mandatory).

• Experience with micro-services oriented architecture styles/RESTful APIs (Mandatory).

• Experience with cloud services like Azure/AWS (Preferred).

• Strong working knowledge of SQL server with hands on experience. Develop, optimize, and implement stored procedures.

• Experience in the tools required in a development lifecycle: build, unit testing, version control, task and defect management, Agile development approaches

• Good communication and interpersonal skills in a strong-matrix organization environment

• Passion to learn new technologies, up to date with the latest best-practices and innovation

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech/M.S. in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent degree
