  • Job Description
  • To develop and implement short, medium and long-term company sales strategies in the Governmental Authorities.
  • Be aware of Stryker's policies, standards and activities relating to compliance programs, i.e. Policy #1 - Code of Conduct, Policy # 8 - Compliance Program and Policy # 10 - Ethics Hotline.
  • Highlight significant compliance issues.
  • Responsible for continuously reporting and collecting information concerning Stryker and competitive actions in the region
  • To observe the customer and sector tendencies, developments in the products and relevant legal regulations; and to identify, report the changes within this context, and transform them into action plans
  • To establish and maintain high level communication with customers and partners; and to play an effective role in the progression of relations at the highest level; to carry out and present the company's sales and profitability targets and to create price policies that are appropriate for the current market structure.
  • To develop systems to ensure effective management of customer feedback and to manage customer feedback and effective evaluation processes within the framework of developed systems
  • Building good relationship with purchasing authorities of Strategic accounts
  • Monitor and analyze the yearly budget plan of Strategic accounts
  • Defining the decision maker KOL and build relationship with them
  • Communicating with KOL to monitor their expectations and satisfaction.
  • If needed participate/manage the surgeries with decision makers with product manager/clinical specialist in order to increase effectiveness of the our products
  • Quarterly visit top customer-surgeon in the Strategic accounts
  • Management of the forecast for upcoming projects in order to deliver products on time
  • Coordinate with internal sales & marketing team to explore new opportunities for centralized tenders or projects.
  • Manage-coordinate project delivery schedule with Technical service, clinical applications and Sales team
  • Quarterly meet with Technical service and sales team in order to check contract obligations
  • Actively monitor and learn new products/groups to find new centralized project potentials
  • Proven track record to deliver on governmental projects
  • A clear team player; strong track record in working in complex, multi-functional environments

Qualifications:

  • Technical education (Degree in engineering or similar)
  • At least 4 years practical sales experience in Capital equipment
  • Experience of strategic accounts long-term projects
  • Excellent communication skills in English; oral, written and presentation
