Soporte y Apoyo a la Gerencia Sr. Legal para la atención de las necesidades y requerimientos Legales de las diversas áreas de negocio. marketing, Ventas, Logística, y Servicios. Motorola LAS y Lenovo Argentina.

Job Description

Soporte al GCT en la Elaboración y Revisión de los Contratos a celebrar con los Centros de Servicio Autorizados, Proveedores y clientes.

Atención, Asesoría a las áreas de marketing para la organización de Promociones y concursos así como elaboración de documentos legales, seguimiento notificaciones ante autoridades.

Atención a trámites legales y administrativos relacionados las operaciones de Lenovo y Motorola.

Atención y seguimiento de asuntos y juicios legales,laborales, mercantiles y administrativos.

Apoyo a la Gerencia Sr. Legal en revisión y elaboración de contratos, opiniones legales y asesoría jurídica en materia comercial, laboral, administrativa.

Asignación y seguimiento de casos con Abogados externos en Argentina y LAS.

Revisión y asesoría legal para nuevos proyectos de las empresas del grupo.
