Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for Legal Interns to join our Dublin based Legal Resource Centre (“LRC”)
This is a unique opportunity to become part of an exciting dynamic and multicultural / multijurisdictional team of lawyers based in Dublin which provides support to IBM’s business in close cooperation with the local legal teams in various EMEA countries.
Your responsibilities:
- General legal agreement reviews and negotiation including confidentiality agreements procurement etc.
- Transactional and contractual support to commercial agreements
- General legal queries across a variety of topics pertinent to IBM business
- Regulatory and anti-corruption compliance support worldwide.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Fluent in English and German
- Law degree preferably related to German Austrian or Swiss law
- Some legal experience in private practice or in-house
- Strong written and oral communication and time management skills
- Strong team player and fast learner
- Open minded and passionate to work in a truly international environment
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- For German trained candidates: preference for qualification with at least first State Exam (1. Staatsexamen)
- A good sense of humour is a plus
