Your Role and Responsibilities

Jobben innebærer:
-Support dagtid for Bærbare PC og tablets på telefo og web til privat og forretningskunder.
– Support til våre teknikere ute hos kunder med hvilke reservedeler som skal benyttes og tekniske instruksjoner.
– Support på hardware og software som driverrutiner og forhåndsinstallert OS.
– Feilsøkning sammen med kunder på telefonen og f.eks fjærnstyring mot kundens PC.
– Full opplæring vil bli gitt.

Job description:
-Support of Portable PCs and Tablets on the phone and web to private and business customers.
– Troubleshooting with customers on the phone and eg remote control to the customer’s PC.
– Support to our technicians with what spare parts to use and technical instructions.
– Support for hardware and software such as driver routines and pre-installed OS.
– Possibility of future on-site service work with customers for the right person.
