Hourly base pay rate is $17.31 - $25.96/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Job Description
Dealertrack is looking for a Mailroom/Backup Courier to join our team in Sacramento, CA!
- Shift Time: M – F, 7:30AM – 4:00PM PST, occasionally 6:00AM – 2:30PM when driving
- Mandatory overtime as needed
Your Role:
- Operate company vehicle daily
- Retrieve mail at Post Office daily
- Perform Inter-office mail pick-up and drop-off
- Log all incoming packages
- Perform light maintenance and fueling of company vehicle (as needed)
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Operate cutting machine and joggers
- Perform scans using Falcon machine
- Perform all mail room duties, as required
- Clean work vehicle prior to end of shift
- Follows established procedures and compliance requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including occasional mandatory overtime
- Pay close attention to detail
- Performs other duties as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Generally, less than 2 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Valid driver’s license

- Â Ability to perform routine and repetitive production work.
- Â Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Â Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
- Â Variable shifts for Day, Evening, Part-Time and Full-Time which can include Saturdays.
- Â Ability to lift or push up to 35 pounds
Drug Testing
To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. However, we are a drug-free workplace, so the possession, use or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property and/or in company vehicles is prohibited.
Benefits
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
