Manager - Cybersecurity Engineering

• Design and implementation of various Automation Systems, Safety Systems, and Package system Networks and Interfaces.
• Execution of Cybersecurity and Digital transformation projects, relevant Knowledge of Network/ Cybersecurity configuration and hardening related to solutions like Active Directory, EDR, WSUS, RADIUS, Log Management, SIEM, IDS, NCM, Backup Solutions, Switches, Firewall, WAF, SOC, AWS and Azure Cloud Computing and Ticketing Solutions etc.
• Coordination with OEMs, Vendors, Supply Chain and Customers.
• Proficient in preparation, review, and approval of engineering, and construction documents.
• Proficient in planning and scheduling CS-related activities.
• Proficient in MS Office. Fluent in the English language (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and as an effective team member to meet schedule timelines.
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills with a proactive attitude.

Job Description:

• Manage the project scope assigned in all aspects of the requirement, including managing the coordination between various teams of the project.
• Understand the project Contract and guide the project team to understand the requirements.
• Prepare Engineering and Construction documents such as Planning and Coordination documents, Method Statements, Testing Procedures, etc. as required.
• Manage and coordinate the OEMs / subcontractors/vendors and act as the prime focal point.
• Have experience in designing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining Active directory functions and security tools, such as firewalls, routers and switches, intrusion detection and prevention systems, patch management, and antivirus software.
• Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity or unauthorized access and provide recommendations for remediation and prevent future attacks. Collaborate and ensure that network infrastructure is secure and resilient against cyber-attacks.
• Has a firm and good understanding of Networking and cybersecurity concepts and techniques.
• Shall be aware of industry standards and practices (e.g., ISA, Shell, CERT standards) that apply to networking and cybersecurity system design.
• Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity tools, protocols, and procedures. Knowledge of common security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001/2, CIS, PCI-DSS, and attack frameworks such as MITRE.
• Need relevant professional experience, working on topics related to Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or CompTIA Security+, CCNA, CCNP, ISA32, ISA33, FCA (Fortinet) Cybersecurity, FCP Cybersecurity, FCP, FCSS and FCX; Claroty or Nozomi Technical professional and to align with standards.
• Shall be capable of identifying technical opportunities and economic justification for networking and cyber system improvements and communicate those to the Project Manager and/or Sales.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Support the Project team in all tasks that are required to achieve the goals of the project ahead or as per schedule timelines.

• Effective communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to be credible with clients.
• Demonstrated creativity in complex problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective leader with a proactive attitude who can motivate the team to deliver.

• Must be a Graduate in Engineering Disciplines in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics and Instrumentation, Control & Instrumentation, Computer Science, and Information Technology with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• CISSP Certifications, Cybersecurity Certifications like CISA, CISM, GICSP, ISA/IEC62443, etc.
