How you'll make a difference?
The Global Integrated Reconciliation Manager is responsible for bringing together different views of the business, through cross functional participation, and making them compatible with the overall business goals and objectives. The Global Integrated Reconciliation Manager acts as a bridge between various functions, ensuring that the collective efforts of the organization move in a unified direction. This role is crucial in promoting organizational harmony, coherence, and strategic alignment.

What will your duties and responsibilities be?

The following are the essential functions of this position. This position may be responsible for performing additional duties and tasks as needed and assigned.

  • Reconciliation of Different Views:

    • Addressing conflicting perspectives or viewpoints within the organization.

    • Working to find common ground and resolve discrepancies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Facilitating communication and cooperation among different departments or functions.

    • Ensuring that information flows smoothly across various parts of the organization.

  • Alignment with Business Goals:

    • Assessing and understanding the overall goals and objectives of the business.

    • Ensuring that diverse views are compatible with the overarching strategic direction.

  • Integration of Perspectives:

    • Bringing together insights from various sources and incorporating them into a cohesive understanding. Creating a unified vision that considers diverse input.

  • Strategic Planning:

    • Contributing to the development of strategic plans based on the reconciled and integrated perspectives. Providing insights to enhance the alignment of business strategies.

  • Communication Skills:

    • Effectively communicating across different teams and levels of the organization.

    • Translating complex information into understandable terms for diverse stakeholders.

What skills and experience will you need?

The requirements listed below are representative of the education, knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position.

Education/Certifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience, Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities:

  • 5+ years’ combined experience in demand/supply planning

  • Demonstrated success partnering and collaborating with Product Development teams within Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Distribution

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel

  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on meeting customer needs

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to write business reports and correspondence, as well as the ability to speak effectively before groups of peers, leadership, and customers

  • Critical thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve and establish solutions in a high-growth and fast-paced environment

What qualifications are preferred?
The education, knowledge, skills and/or abilities listed below are preferred qualifications in addition to the minimum qualifications stated above.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Additional Experience, Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities:

  • 2-3 years of related demand/supply/finance planning experience preferred.

  • Oracle R12 ERP experience and/or demand planning software preferred

  • Prior medical device experience preferred

  • Advanced Excel skills required for success in this position.

    The anticipated salary for this position for an employee who is located in California is $119,347 to $130,817 per year, plus bonus, based on performance, and benefits. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc. The Company is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect the pay scale for an employee who works in other states or locations.
