You ensure that technical, scientific and business programs are completed on time and on budget. In addition, you manage the talent in your assigned area and jointly set the direction for your region and the associated business units. As a member of the management team, you interact with all levels of clients and technology organizations.
How you will contribute
In this role, you define and lead the packaging development plan in your region and its associated business units. This includes leading innovation, quality improvement, brand maintenance and technical services programs. You will use your area's strategy and translate it into technical plans, platforms, and programs and deliver on associated business budget targets and plans. You will offer consumer insights to provide input to programs and to help define a technical strategy. You are the single point of contact for packaging on the regional team and prioritize packaging resources to develop and execute global and regional innovation and renovation programs. As a people leader, you will coach employees and develop them to build the talent pipeline. You will also ensure there is a robust intellectual property strategy in place, manage compliance to Mondelēz-relevant policies and government regulations. As a member of the global packaging leadership team, you will also develop the technical program strategy.

Job specific requirements:
* Engineering Degree
* More than 5 years of experience in similar roles.
* Strong Leadership skills
* Stakeholder management
* Background in CGP company
* English advance (mandatory)
* Work schedule: Hibrid model, Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm, friday 9am-2pm
