Le gestionnaire de l'administration des comptes de détail sera chargé d'assurer le leadership et l'orientation de son équipe et d'établir des relations de travail étroites avec les intervenants internes et les principaux détaillants nord-américains. Plus précisément, le titulaire sera responsable de s'assurer que son équipe offre une exécution parfaite des commandes (OTIF) et un service à la clientèle sans faille.
Le candidat idéal est un gestionnaire progressiste qui est reconnu pour ses compétences générales en gestion, en excellence opérationnelle, en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. Utiliser un style de leadership qui favorise la collaboration et démontrer un historique de résultats exceptionnels.
Responsabilités :
- Responsable de la promotion et du maintien de relations opérationnelles exceptionnelles avec les principaux comptes de détail nord-américains
- Assurer la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques, des procédures et des KPI pertinents dans les domaines du service à la clientèle et de l'exécution de la gestion des commandes
- Déléguer, surveiller et coordonner les fonctions quotidiennes du service afin de respecter et de dépasser les exigences des détaillants
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente, les 3L et les transporteurs pour comprendre et résoudre de manière optimale les problèmes rencontrés par les détaillants
- Faire le suivi de l'état de la commande et aider l'équipe à résoudre les problèmes d'acheminement, d'expédition et d'exécution des commandes dans les délais décrits dans les guides du fournisseur
- Analyser les processus opérationnels et le rendement et recommander des solutions au moyen d'initiatives d'amélioration continue
- Créer et donner régulièrement des présentations soulignant le rendement opérationnel et les activités d'atténuation

- Multitâche bien organisé et fort ; capable de gérer les priorités et de déléguer des tâches selon des délais serrés
Études et expérience :
-  Un diplôme universitaire ; de préférence le commerce
- Plus de 4 ans d'expérience dans l'encadrement et la direction d'une équipe
- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience de travail dans des environnements de vente au détail ou de gros

Position Overview:
The Retail Account Administration Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to their team and building close working relationships with internal stakeholders and major North American retailers. Specifically, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring his/her team delivers perfect order execution (OTIF) and flawless customer service.
The ideal candidate is a progressive manager who is recognized for their general management, operational excellence, communication, and interpersonal skills. Employing a leadership style that fosters collaboration and demonstrating a track record of outstanding results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for fostering & maintaining stellar operational relationships with key North American retail accounts
- Ensure the implementation of best practices, procedures and relevant KPIs in the areas of customer service and order management execution
- Delegate, monitor, and coordinate department’s daily functions to meet and exceed retailer requirements
- Work closely with Sales teams, 3PLs and transportation carriers to understand and optimally resolve problems encountered by retailers
- Follow up on order status and help team resolve routing, shipping and order fulfillment issues within timeframes outlined in vendor guides
- Analyze operational processes and performance and recommend solutions through continuous improvement initiatives
- Regularly create and deliver presentations highlighting operational performance and mitigation activities

- Well organized and strong multi-tasker; able to manage priorities and delegate tasks according to tight deadlines
 Education and Experience:Â
- A university degree preferred; preferably Commerce
- 4+ years of experience coaching and leading a team
- 3+ years of experience working in retail or wholesale environments
