ABOUT THIS ROLE:
The Website Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful creation and delivery of websites that align with the objectives of the automotive industry. Their responsibilities encompass various aspects, from defining the initial delivery scopes and objectives to keeping compliant with the evolving OEM requirements and design procedures. The Manager also guides the team of agents, delegating tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress to ensure that website orders are completed on time and meet the specified criteria. They also need to liaise with other teams to generate the best customer experience while protecting productivity and timelines.
Effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential to this role in order to guarantee the team's efficiency and the successful delivery of high-quality automotive websites. Moreover, they foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure website designs remain competitive and appealing to customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a profound comprehension of OEM programs, policies, and procedures.
- Thoroughly review and ensure adherence to OEM specifications and design guidelines.
- Methodically document departmental procedures and processes related to website deliveries.
- Maintain meticulous and well-organized records of website delivery-related activities and documentation.
- Conduct frequent audits and assessments to ensure compliance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product owners, designers, developers and dealerships.
- Efficiently delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, establish clear priorities and oversee progress and deadlines.
- Monitor the team's progress to ensure the timely completion of website orders.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in problem-solving.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback.
- Maintain transparent and effective communication channels among team members.
- Address any challenges or issues that may arise during website creation or timeline execution.
- Contribute to the organization's website delivery and continuous efforts to promote high customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.
ABOUT YOU:Ā
- Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Technology or Customer Service with 2 years in a management position
- Languages: French & English proficiency in both oral and writing.
- Communication: The ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
- Teamwork: Collaborative and willing to work harmoniously with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Adaptability: Quick to learn new concepts and adapt to changing work environments.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of analyzing situations and finding practical solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Diligent and thorough in tasks to minimize errors.
- Time Management: Efficiently prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Customer Service: A commitment to providing excellent service and addressing customer needs.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with essential computer software and tools.
- Dependability: Reliable and punctual when fulfilling job responsibilities.

Preferred:Ā
- Experience in the Automotive industry a plus
- Knowledge: HTML, CSS and/or Graphic Design is a plus
