About the Role

The Drive Automotive Logistics Team Lead Provides direction to Associates in the Logistics area to meet Department objectives.

The Logistics Team Leader is responsible to ensure that the Customer, People, and Investor goals are balanced and met.

Your Responsibilities

Tasks may include but will not be limited to the following:

• Follow, comply and enforce all operational procedures/policies as stated in the employee Environmental Health and Safety programs (Magna and OSHA Standards)
• Performs cycle counts or coordinates cycle counting activity
• Ensures that inventory transactions are performed correctly
• Look for efficient travel routes and strategic storage locations to minimize travel of the fork trucks
• Ensure all drivers are adhering to safe handling practices
• Verify all vehicle inspections are completed each day

Who we are looking for

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Minimum one year experience in a manufacturing experience

Your preferred qualifications

• Previous Team Lead or leadership experience
• Able to lead by example while being dependable and trustworthy

Pay Range: $26.45-29.30
