🏢This is a Hybrid role, the Growth Team works from our London (Shoreditch) Offices 3 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Associate to join our team and help us continue our rapid growth trajectory. This autonomous and fast-paced role involves finding and executing exciting marketing opportunities and turning these opportunities into real business growth.

You will work across a series of marketing activities with a focus on customer acquisition, from content writing and proofreading to social media and website management, SEO optimisation, setting up and running communication campaigns, and writing and distributing press releases. You will report to our Marketing & Communications Senior Manager and will work closely with our Product, Commercial, and Operations teams.

  • Implementing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and monitoring performance using tools like Google Search Console
  • Creating and optimising SEO-friendly content and managing content calendars
  • Writing and editing marketing and promotional materials, including emails, direct mail, and newsletters
  • Publishing and editing web pages using content management systems
  • Executing multi-channel marketing campaigns using emails, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and on-site messaging
  • Assisting with CRM segmentation, and analysing campaign performance
  • Managing social media content, growing audience engagement, and creating posts utilising design tools
  • Handling press releases, media outreach, and coverage monitoring
  • Maintaining press lists and research industry awards

We’re Looking For

  • 2+years of experience working at a marketing agency or part of an in-house marketing team
  • Understanding of principles and best practices across SEO, Social Media, and Digital Marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copy editing and proofreading
  • Familiarity with common SEO and social media tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Hootsuite
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems
  • Familiarity with a range of marketing tools such as or equivalent to: Customer.io, Braze, Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightEdge, Google Search Console, Hootsuite, Umbraco
