Key responsibilities for this role include:

Full responsibility on sales and profitability of the Portfolio.

Design and lead the marketing and business plan for the assigned portfolio.
-
Develop sales materials, execution of marketing strategy.
-
Assess revenue potential for product franchise.
-
Influence the development of country sales targets, OP plan.
-
Map relationships with stakeholders, customer journeys and market dynamics to define transformation priorities (Interactions with Doctors, Patients, e-commerce B2B/B2C, among others).

Design Omnichannel Strategy and implementation.
-
Identify stakeholders need to mutually align value to define go to market strategy.
-
Guarantee having the best possible medical panel.
-
Maximize ROI on every investment.
-
Develop an innovative strategy and tactics that optimize relationship with key stake holders.

Guarantee high Compliance standards in all interactions.
The basic qualifications for this role are:
-
Over 8 years of experience in marketing or related areas.
-
Experience leading innovative projects inside or outside Pharma Industry.
-
University degree in role related careers.
-
Master degree (Preferred, not mandatory).
-
Fluent in Spanish and English.
-
Strong people and business leadership skills.
-
Strong strategic thinking.
-
Negotiation skills.

Cross-functional work capacity.
-
Strong in Finance (P&L and GTN clear understanding).

High capacity of teamwork.
