The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven SMB Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Stenn Technologies. As the SMB Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and convert small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and promote our suite of invoice financing solutions tailored for SMBs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans targeting SMBs in partnership with key stakeholders across the business, encompassing digital advertising (SEM, paid social), SMS, third party sponsorships, email marketing, events, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends, customer needs, and opportunities within the SMB segment.
- Create compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to SMB audiences, highlighting the unique benefits of our invoice financing products and services.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to launch new products, features, and campaigns targeted at SMB customers.
- Drive customer acquisition and lead generation initiatives through targeted campaigns with relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Manage the SMB marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve business objectives.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and incorporate best practices into digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in SMB marketing, preferably in the fintech or finserve space
- Strong understanding of SMB customer behavior, needs, and pain points, with the ability to develop targeted marketing strategies to address them
- Demonstrated track record of executing successful marketing campaigns, driving customer acquisition, and achieving business goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, results-driven mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively
