Marketing Manager with native German

Company offices are based in Vienna and London, but we are switching to a remote-first approach to working. We have been operating remotely since the pandemic started, but we do offer office space as well. Periodic visits to the office in Vienna for team events, meetups or conferences would be needed. 

Deine Aufgaben

• Konzeption und Implementation unserer CRM Maßnahmen für mehrere Länder und Kanäle zur Steigerung des Customer Lifetime Values

• Planen und Ausführen von Creatives und der User-Kommunikation, wie z.B. Newsletter oder Push Notifications

• Messen, Analysieren und Optimieren aller CRM Kampagnen (z.B. durch A/B Test, Reporting)

• Monitoring aller relevanten KPIs und Erstellen von Reports für Stakeholder

• Identifizierung neuer Möglichkeiten um User-Segmente und Kommunikationswege weiterzuentwickeln

• Copywriting mit präziser Ausdrucksweise und einwandfreier Grammatik

• Selbstständiges Umsetzen von Vorgaben und das Integrieren von Feedback in die User-Kommunikation

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams (Marketplace Operations, Data, Product)

Deine Qualifikationen

• Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und exzellente Englisch Kenntnisse

• Universitätsabschluss in Wirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung mit einem Fokus auf Marketing oder CRM

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise im CRM

• Nachweisliche Erfahrung als Copywriter oder einer ähnlichen Rolle

• Ausgezeichnete Kompetenzen im Verfassen, Editieren und Korrekturlesen von Texten sowohl in deutscher als auch englischer Sprache

• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM Tools

• Performance-orientiertes Mindset, analytisches Denken und Kreativität

We offer an attractive salary for this position based on your qualifications and experience. Austrian law requires us to post a minimum salary for this position, which is € 35.000,- gross per year (for a full-time job). We are willing to pay more based on the experience.
