We are seeking a talented Marketing Operations Manager who will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing operations, technology stack, and processes. They will be responsible for driving the alignment between marketing and sales, streamlining workflows, and maximizing the potential of our marketing automation tools, with deep expertise in HubSpot. Familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable to enable seamless integration between these platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Expertise: Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot, ensuring the team fully leverages its capabilities for lead generation, nurturing, and analytics.
  • Marketing Automation: Create and manage automated workflows, email marketing campaigns, and lead scoring models within HubSpot to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Management: Oversee data quality and hygiene within the marketing database, ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting of leads and customers.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and budgets.
  • Salesforce Integration: Collaborate with the sales team to integrate HubSpot with Salesforce, enhancing lead management and sales funnel visibility.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes, automate repetitive tasks, and improve cross-functional collaboration.
  • Training and Documentation: Train marketing team members on HubSpot best practices and maintain documentation of processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience, with a minimum of 4 years in marketing operations, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and ABM is a plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Results-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
