The Team & Role

We’re a bunch of tinkerers on the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, always evolving and iterating on current process and tools in order to fully optimize our Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts, and we’re looking for a creative and critical thinker to come join us.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

Establish and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and continuously improve processes
Develop and execute marketing strategies that support company goals and objectives
Facilitate ABM initiatives, account readiness modeling and execution
Manage marketing automation, lead routing, and data management processes to ensure accurate attribution and distribution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with marketing, sales, and organizational objectives
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize performance and ROI
Monitor and enable SLAs with sales development teams
Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors

About you:

8+ years of experience in marketing operations
Experience integrating and refining martech ecosystems
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
Experience with platforms such as Marketo, LeanData, 6Sense, and Outreach.io
Strong SFDC acumen with an emphasis on reporting
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop and execute marketing strategies that support company goals

For roles based in New York City, NY and San Francisco, CA out of our HQs, the base salary hiring range for this position is $164,825 - $202,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

This role is not eligible for remote work.
