Your Day at Yahoo Finance:

• Build, launch and scale native app products on Yahoo Finance in ways that enable users to track how their portfolio performs, make decisions to better their wealth and provide ways to act on those decisions
• Team up with engineering and design to execute upon the product vision, own requirements, solve problems and ensure on-time delivery with high quality
• Define and measure product success and quality metrics. Use key performance indicators to focus and prioritize the highest impact efforts
• Communicate strategy, product roadmap and progress to stakeholders
• Prioritize long & short term initiatives, build trust and set expectations with stakeholders
• Follow technology trends and developments in retail investing, product management, and wealth-building tools spaces

About You:

• 4+ years experience as a Product Manager, building mobile consumer products with a strong track record of driving user and revenue growth
• The right candidate will possess a mixture of quantitative chops and creative intuition- someone who loves digging into the data to drive insights combined with excellent product sense that support the ability to build products the market needs
• As a Yahoo Finance product manager, you inspire and focus your team(s) using great listening skills, your influence, and crisp, effective communication
• You complement these skills with iOS and Android technical knowledge and Agile software development experience that makes you a credible leader and informs your judgment regarding timelines, scope, quality, priorities, and tradeoffs
• You round your skills with a passion for and expertise in fintech and retail investing that will help define, shape and drive us towards a complete wealth-building experience
• You are the expert on how products are designed, used, measured, improved, and drive engagement
• You support this expertise with a keen ability to break down large, complex problems into well-defined, manageable problems, and an ability to use data to inform your judgment
• Driven to succeed with a high comfort level with ambiguity and fluidity, and the ability to make decisions in a rapidly changing environment while achieving quality results

The compensation for this position ranges from $96,000.00 - $200,000.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives. Yahoo has a high degree of flexibility around employee location and hybrid working. In fact, our flexible-hybrid approach to work is one of the things our employees rave about.
