Secure Administrative Solutions Company is a rapidly growing TPA of life, accident, health and Medicare supplement insurance as well as underwriting annuities and other financial products.

Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Has supervisory/managerial responsibilities that are direct or through work leaders or assistants, typically with a subordinate group of 5 - 12 employees
  • Is excellent at establishing clear directions; involves others in planning work and delegates all tasks equitably; makes comprehensive and realistic plans that keep things on track, even in the most complicated projects.
  • Does a great job at matching responsibilities to member's strengths so the team has a full set of synergistic skills and is motivated and effective; fosters open dialogue.
  • Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the Organization.
  • Provides individuals information so that they can make accurate decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, or in lieu of experience.
  • Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Time and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
