Nurse Practitioner-Neurology

Banner - University Medicine Phoenix, Department of Neurology, is actively seeking an Advance Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to be part of our highly integrated team of Headache Neurologists and providers. As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care by managing and treating various headache conditions, including migraine, facial pain, tension-type, cluster, and chronic daily headaches.

You will work in a clinic-based setting at the Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix and also provide clinical services at outpatient medical clinics located nearby. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in our residency program with 25 residents, and we value your enthusiastic commitment to teaching.

Minimum Requirements:

- Highly energized and flexible

- Strong decision-making skills and ability to function in a collaborative care model

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Current, unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license, and prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances

- Experienced and graduating Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are welcome to apply
