Nutanix VDI SME

We are seeking an experienced Nutanix Expert with a strong background in large-scale deployments and expertise in running Citrix environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing Nutanix solutions, with a focus on Citrix deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance and advisory services to stakeholders on the utilization of Nutanix and Citrix solutions to meet organizational goals.
• Lead the design and architecture of scalable and secure Nutanix solutions, considering factors such as performance, security, and compliance.
• Implement and optimize Nutanix environments for running virtual desktop workloads, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with project teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop advanced automation strategies through Terraform or integrated PowerShell scripting to customize and manage Nutanix and Citrix resources.
• Act as a subject matter expert in implementing advanced security measures for Nutanix, addressing compliance requirements and industry standards.
• Provide guidance on data protection, identity management, and access controls.
• Guide deployment planning based off industry trends and emerging technologies related to virtualization and cloud computing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Nutanix and Citrix.
• Proven experience in large-scale deployments and migrations.
• Hands-on expertise in the design, implementation, and optimization of Nutanix solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix management and policies.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to automate deployment and configuration tasks for both Citrix and Nutanix.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
