Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Support executives in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Prior experience working in a start up environment
- Works with a sense of urgency
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
Preferred
- Prior experience in a tech company
