Job Description

We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of our Minsk office and to support our recruitment efforts. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks, manage vendor relationships, and ensure our office remains an efficient and pleasant place to work. You will also play a key part in assisting with the hiring process, helping us grow our team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including ordering office supplies, groceries, and cleaning products. Ensure the office remains clean, organised, and fully stocked.
  • Communicate with the building management on facility-related issues, including utilities like electricity, water, heating, and ventilation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage office documentation, maintain records, and ensure proper documents flow
  • Assist senior management with administrative tasks as needed
  • Oversee the office’s time tracking system
  • Help organise company events, team-building activities, and other internal functions

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English at B1 level or higher
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
