Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for a Operations Manager to join our Nebula Marketing Team. We need a responsible and active team player with an analytical mindset. 

In this role you will оptimize marketing processes and automation technologies. You can drive efficiency and effectiveness. Measure and analyze marketing performance and implement new processes to the team. 

You'll be a part of a team led by Max Lukominskyi, who holds the position of CMO. In just half a year of Max joining OBRIO, his team launched 2 new products, made a profit, and moved to the cross-functional structure. Furthermore, he published the book, which was placed third in the 2020 best business books from the Ukrainian authors' category, KBU Awards version.

So, your tasks:

• Process evaluation, implementation & improvement;
• Organization and assistance of day-to-day operational processes;
• Improving team efficiency by assisting in project delivery;
• Big strategy realization working closely with CMO.

About you:

• 2+ years experience at Big 4, FMCG, Invest banking, Invest funds;
• Your English level is Upper-Intermediate+;
• You proactive and energized team player with an analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets;
• You possess attention to detail.

Would be a plus:

• Good knowledge of financial reporting, P&L, business strategy;
• Good knowledge of unit economics and experience of developing IT products.
