The Functional Analyst is responsible for maintaining the core integrity and foundational components that support the day-to-day operations of the Oracle HCM application. Analyst will work closely with the Payroll Operations Team to mitigate and remove roadblocks during the payroll flow and subsequent batch processing. Problem solving and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment is essential when every Employee is reliant on a Paycheck. A comprehensive understanding of an integrated application will be necessary in supporting such a crucial component to any organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain configuration across modules, involves coordination with multiple Teams
• Test and implement quarterly vendor releases based on a pre-defined schedule
• Serve as a liaison between Business Partners and Development Team
• Gather system Requirements for enhancements, and/or modifications to existing integrations
• Provides creative solutions for complex problems, based on factual data analyses
• Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Oracle HCM experience - Payroll module
• 2+ years of PowerBI experience
• 2+ years of Oracle configuration experience
• Legally authorized to work in the US without any restrictions. Proof will be required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle HCM - Absence Management experience
• Oracle HCM - Time and Labor experience
• Oracle HCM - Core HR experience
• PeopleSoft experience would be helpful as this is the application we are converting from, not necessary, but would be helpful
• Proven track record on problem solving

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
