EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCIA Y REQUISITOS ACADÉMICOS):

Required :

• University Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, Transportation or related fields.
  • (Deseados: Licenciatura en Logística, Comercio Internacional, Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Internacionales, Transporte o áreas afines).
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Customer Service or Operations department with leadership experience

• De 3 a 5 años de experiencia comprobada en departamentos de Atención al Cliente u Operaciones, con experiencia en liderazgo de equipos.

English and Spanish fluency. (Fluidez en inglés y español).

Desired:

• Computer skills including usage of formulas, dashboards development. (Habilidades computacionales incluso formulas y desarollo de dashboards)
• 1 to 2 years of experience leading teams (1 o 2 años de experiencia liderando equipos)

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS (REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS DE HÁBILIDADES, CONOCIMIENTOS Y CAPACIDADES):

• English and Spanish fluency. Portuguese not mandatory but will contribute to daily activities (Fluidez en inglés y español). Dominio del inglés y el español. El portugués no es obligatorio, pero contribuirá a las actividades diarias.
• Excellent interpersonal relationships. (Excelentes relaciones interpersonales)
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under time and volume constraints and pressure. (Habilidad para trabajar en forma rápida y precisa bajo limitaciones de tiempo y volumen, así como también bajo presión).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Capable of generating customer confidence. (Grandes capacidades interpersonales y de comunicación. Capaz de generar confianza hacia el cliente).
• Good analytical skills. (Gran capacidad analítica).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and teamwork. (Gran capacidad de organización; atención a los detalles y trabajo en equipo).
• Be able to take initiatives and responsibilities. (Ser capaz de tomar iniciativas y asumir responsabilidades).
• Work schedule flexibility (Flexibilidad en el horario de trabajo)
