本ポジションは、パートナー企業を支援するためのマーケティングプログラムおよびキャンペーンの立案• 実行を担当いただきます。社内のステークホルダー（アライアンス、マーケティング、グローバルマーケティングチーム等）と密にコミュニケーションを行い、パートナービジネスを通じた売上• パイプライン• リードを増加させるための効果的なスケールプログラムの戦略立案から実行までを担当いただきます。グローバルのベストプラクティスやプロセスを日本市場に適用しながら、パートナー企業を広く効果的に支援いただきます。

• コンサルティングパートナー、SI、再販、テクノロジーパートナーなど様々なパートナー企業とのGTMを加速し、Salesforce パートナーエコシステムとビジネスを成長させるためのスケールプログラム戦略の立案• 実行
• パートナー企業向けイベント、キャンペーン、コミュニケーション、イネーブルメントの企画• 実施
• パートナー企業の販売活動を加速するためのマーケティングアセットやリソース、コミュニケーションの企画• 管理
• Salesforce主催コーポレートイベントやコーポレートキャンペーン施策におけるパートナー協業施策およびスポンサーシッププログラムのリード
• 共同マーケティングプログラムメニューの管理• 実行
• グローバルと連携したパートナーマーケティングプログラムの整備• 展開（MDFやPRMのグローバルプロセス日本市場展開含む）
• パートナー企業との効果的な共同ストーリーテリングおよびコンテンツの管理
• パートナーマーケティング施策におけるリードマネジメント
• パートナーマーケティングチームの一員としてチームプロジェクトへの貢献
• 担当領域におけるグローバルプログラム• ベストプラクティスの情報収集• 連携と日本市場への適用
• KPI設定、効果測定• 報告と継続的な最適化
• 予算管理

必要なスキル• 経験

• ５〜７年以上のIT製品のフィールドマーケティングまたはデマンドジェネレーション経験
• 多様なステークホルダーと連携し、部門を横断したプロジェクトをリードできるリーダーシップスキル• 経験
• ビジネス戦略• 目標に基づいて施策を立案• 実行し、目標達成した経験
• 知的好奇心を持って新しい知識やスキルを学び、常に成長することへの関心
• データに基づく分析と意思決定のスキル
