Job Description
The Partner Success Specialist plays a vital role at Biller Genie by ensuring our payments industry referral partners receive the necessary support and resources to collaborate with us effectively. In this position, you will proactively assist partners with submitting new deals, provide exceptional customer support, identify partner needs, and resolve partner-related issues.
You will manage follow-up tasks, maintain accurate records, gather feedback to enhance procedures and implement internal process improvements to better support our referral partners. Staying updated on industry trends and platform enhancements is also crucial. These core responsibilities are focused on driving departmental growth by increasing the number of activated partners who submit new deals each month and contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Handle partner cases with a goal of zero SLA violations.
- Set tasks for follow-ups on cases, activities, calls, and requests from Relationship Managers.
- Convert cases into new sales opportunities.
- Manage daily tasks, cases, and both inbound and outbound phone campaigns.
- Conduct proactive outreach to partners to enhance engagement.
- Process new partner signups, issue new partner agreements, and collect necessary documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve subscriber issues and keep partners informed throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in technical, customer, or partner success, preferably in a SaaS fintech environment, with a focus on payment processing.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting; startup experience is a plus.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and project management skills demonstrating the ability to handle multiple projects and issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a high-energy, high-expectation environment.
