Your Role

As People Experience Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and driving a world-class people experience at FINN. You will collaborate closely with business units to enable sustainable growth while fostering a supportive and engaging workplace environment. Acting as a trusted partner, you and your team will be the first point of contact for employees, addressing their needs and driving initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding. • Substantial room for growth and a yearly personal development budget of 3.000€.
  • Access to discounted gym memberships, and attractive mobility options (e.g. discounts for FINN cars via JobAuto or JobRad).
  • Whether it's with a gym membership, mental health support, or a company pension plan, we care about your well-being.

Your Responsibilities

This included topics from onboarding to mental health. Create an engaging and effortless environment for all employees, minimizing manual effort for the People team.
  • Partner with the business: Your team is the first point of contact for all business units. You solve complex conflicts, help in the development of employees and act as a sparring partner and coach for the management team, continuously striving for high employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Drive community management: Manage our office operations and plan and execute incredible team events like our weekend get-away mountain trip or FINN Wiesn to just name a few. Surprise our team members and put a smile on their face with new ideas and small gestures that shape the culture of FINN.

Your Profile
