About this role
We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our team! This role will have a high level of exposure to the CFO, CEO, President, and other members of CharterUP's management team.
What You’ll Do
- Drive morale and engagement for our high-caliber teams, including sales, operations, and software engineering talent
- Be accountable for opening and processing mail and customer checks
- Ensure seamless onboarding experience, including coordinating swag, equipment, software, and benefits
- Conduct at quarterly check-ins with every individual in the company and be a resource to all
- Meaningfully contribute to our talent acquisition strategy
- Plan quarterly events, happy hours, and virtual engagement
- Help teams with special assignments by coordinating travel, lodging, ground transportation, and other logistical support
- Manage coworking location across in Atlanta

Location
CharterUP is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and our co-working space is located in the Buckhead area. This position will sometimes work on a hybrid schedule, so we prefer you live near Buckhead, but we will also consider candidates who prefer to work remotely and are not located in the area. You will still be accountable for receiving incoming weekly mail and checks in Sandy Springs.
